In an invite-only lecture by Professor Bruce Johnstone, organized soon after his Public Lecture at the Head Foundation, he shared with the audience the moral, economic and political issues around Higher Education policy that are placing competing pressures on institutions of higher education around the world.
Professor Johnstone examined closely these ideas in relation to the quality of education versus the quantity in relation to participation and accessibility. More importantly, he also highlighted that these issues will have an impact on the future employability of these individuals when they leave school and move into the workforce.
