Sekolah Enuma Indonesia reaches young learners in Lampung

Sekolah Enuma Indonesia (SEI) continues to roll out to more schools in the country as the digital learning platform has been fully deployed in Lampung since October 2025.

After the project’s launch in July 2025 in Lampung, South Sumatra, 1000 children across 15 villages have gained access to lessons in literacy and numeracy on the SEI platform through tablets sponsored by Gunung Madu Plantation (a Kuok Group company).

This programme provides an individualised and independent learning opportunity for children in Indonesia, allowing them to stay engaged in learning despite their circumstances and to support meeting their unique learning needs.

Enuma is currently conducting an impact assessment measuring the literacy and numeracy of students in schools under the Gunung Madu project in the upcoming months.

This co-funded implementation is part of a tripartite agreement between Yayasan Gunung Madu (YGM), Enuma Indonesia, and The HEAD Foundation.
