With climate change intensifying its impact on the hydrological cycle in the vulnerable Southeast Asian region, we are facing both a climate crisis and a water crisis. A transition to freshwater sustainability requires effective water governance and a set of innovative water solutions. During the webinar, the panellists discussed what ‘soft path’ water solutions are, how effective water governance plays an important role in supporting climate change mitigation and adaptation, and how cities have the responsibility and means to ensure long term water sustainability.
The webinar presented many thought-provoking details and insightful exchanges among the panellists. We invite you to watch the full recording of the webinar to learn more.
